Steven was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to an amazing stay at home mom and a sailor dad. (his Veteran roots run deep) Steve joined the army soon after he graduated from high school. He served 12 years as a radio communication officer and did one tour in Iraq during OIF 1, and a tour in South Korea. He was medically discharged due to a broken back during a training accident.

Steve is someone who is full of life and energy and started his own business, Steve’s Black Sabbath BBQ. On top of his busy schedule, he finds time to give back to his community. He is involved with the local Elks lodge in Bountiful, Utah. Steve also serves as a volunteer for Warrior Revival where he helps with fundraising, outreach and makes sure his fellow Veterans are heard and taken care of.
