Jeff Stovall is a Sergeant with the Billings police Department. He’s been in Law Enforcement for the past 16 years and continues to serve his community today.

He’s been instrumental with the “Shop with the Cop” program working to give back to the communities most vulnerable. Please join us in celebrating Jeff Stovall as the Scheels Hometown Hero for November 2023!
