SCHEELS HOMETOWN HERO – LONNIE GRABOWSKA

 In Hometown Heroes

JOIN US in celebrating the @scheels Hometown hero for February 2024, Lonnie Grabowska!

Lonnie graduated from Bismarck High in 1992. He served our Country in the Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class on the USS San Juan(SSN-751) from Aug1992-Sept1996. He started a career in Law Enforcement immediately after serving our Country.

He started in Morton Co. Corrections, then the Mandan Police Dept. and finally the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation where he is currently the Director.

His other duties are Deacon at Corpus Christie Church in Bismarck, a Chaplain for many departments across the state and teaches various classes at the University of Mary. Lonnie recently achieved his PhD in Criminal Justice at the same time holding his Director/Deacon and Chaplain roles.
